Asthma is a common chronic disease that affects breathing. Asthmatic patients can experience difficulty breathing sometimes due to exposure to certain triggers that cause their airways to narrow. Is it possible to develop asthma at 31 years old after quitting smoking and if I have family history of asthma but they all had it when they were younger. I can't help but feel like I was misdiagnosed and my lungs just need to heal from smoking as I never had breathing g issues until after I quit. Is it damage to the lungs or is it dust or smoke asthma I thought my lungs would heal after quitting but now I have breathing g issues is it emphazema or bronchitis I'm just not sure its asthma if I developed after quitting smoking and I am 31 doesn't make sense to me or my paramedic mother that I developed asthma after quitting smoking. I don't want to be stuck on inhalers the rest of my life I just want to heal my lungs naturally not mask the problem. Inhalers just mask why can't doctors find a cure or get to the root of the problem. Medical industry are half ass and only treat the symptoms not the issue. Doctors don't cure they make people dependent. Find a cure for asthma.

Like with the ancient tooth-worm notion lasting millenia that tooth caries was due to a worm the present asthma theory about treating asthma with medication is wrong and we have the asthma-paradox that more medication causes more asthma.
In other cultures mudras such as pressing a finger against the thumb (chin mudra) with mouth shut are used to treat asthma by relaxing our lung airways.
Christian prayer with interlaced fingers is the ambuja mudra.

The videos describes asthma very well, but for me I am felling good for the first time in my life by leaving all of these medecins behind and using raw honey and garlic and some herbs+sport

Thanks for the video. My question to you is how can I get rid of asthma? I was not born with it. I noticed having asthma after I gave birth to my baby now seem like I’m stuck with it for the rest of my live.

You advertise that you work going to talk about predesone but never covered it... A little disappointed about the video. Don't ever ties that you're gonna talk about something and you never do.

K.P. Buteyko once said that:
To test the validity of the scientific discovery made by us almost 30 years ago, it takes 30 seconds of time: offer an asthmatic hyperventilation - he will have a suffocation attack, offer to reduce breathing - will relieve the attack. The cause of the asthma attack is hyperventilation of the lungs, no one said this before our scientific research. And so I have been asking scientists for 30 years to spend 30 seconds to check this (1986).
