Ellen Pompeo was recently honored with a GLSEN Respect Award in recognition of her advocacy for the LGBTQ community, and the "Grey's Anatomy" star talked to Ellen about the importance of students forming gay/straight alliances at their schools to encourage equality and acceptance.
