I had an eye-dentity crisis as a kid because I could never remember what color my eyes were. Turns out gray eyes just reflect a lot of the colors in the room. So they're usually like a slate-blue indoors, but outside without my transition lenses they're green, and in direct white light they're light gray. So while I know my eye color, I don't know what they look like at any given moment.

My mom used to always laugh when my Grandma got angry with her, as my grandma's eyes would change from green to blue whenever she became angry. I have recently learned that it is because, emotion can cause the pupils to dilate, which then changes the position of the pigments in your Iris, causing the color to change.
