So, what can you take from this video is this

*_Roar of Time_* - Good if you want to find Galarian Birds (don't improve the catch rate of them though) or to save up un premium items
*_Spatial Rend_* - Good during events like Com Day, since it increases the catch radius on the map
*_Moongeist Beam/Sunsteel Strike_* - Good for finding Rockrufs (especially for the one that can become Dusk form Lycanrock) as well as evolving pokemons in a different time of day
*_Freeze Shock_* - Good for raids because it doesn't move around every 5 nanosecond
*_Ice Burn_* - Good for farming XP during events with x2 catch XP bonus

So freeze shock, ice burn, golden razz berry and ultra ball should theoretically allow us to catch the galarian birds from the daily Incense a bit more easily

the other thing to mention about the Ice Burn effect of White kyurem is it increases catch chance with autocatchers too, very cool part of it!

Ice Burn for Gigamax events, Believe me but when the kantonian gigamax starters came back It was way easier to catch compared to the first time batch and since completing one raid gives you like 25k star dust (without the star piece) it's really easy to recover the investment, totally recommended to do that :>

The black and white kyurem effects are probably the best out of all of them.

6:18 Last spotlight hour i Spent 1 Lucky Egg, 35 Dialga candy & 35k dust for 45 minutes of paused Premium Item and manage to get 350.000 XP in just an Hour.... i think its worth it

He just think it has less utility because he's already level 50

The necrozma move also gives spawns without you moving. Dawnwing can also give you the dusk rockruff varient which is cool

i wonder if it'll be worth using freeze shock to catch kyurems or legendaries in general with pinap berries with the increased catch rate and no dodge

in order for it to be worth the candy you'd have to catch more than 10 kyurem in an hour with pinaps wich includes doing the raids, catching them and walking to the next raid so idk, maybe you could break even and if you get a high IV you can use golden razz and you have the extra 25% cr and no dodge wich is amazing

I feel like the kyurem adventure affects need to have the timer frozen during the raid and then unfrozen when you are in the encounter. otherwise some of the time of the adventure affect is wasted.

Dialga RoT is aboslutely INSANE on Gmax raid weekends. As long as you do two Gmax per hour you'll break even. But if you're lucky enough you'll be able to do 6-8 maybe even 10 per hour and with a starpiece you gain loads of stardust per hour. So much that if you do 8 gmax per hour and use a starpiece and RoT you end up gaining 150+k dust per hour on top of making up the 100k you spent for RoT which goes for 2 hours.

Ice Burn is probably bets for G-Max Pokémon since I don't recall them being able to attack/dodge in the catch screen. I haven't seen them do it.
