There’s a vet near me that converted one into a mobile vet clinic. It’s kinda fun to see. He literally gives pet shots out of it.

"It may not provide the ambience of a sit down restaurant but when a food truck pulls up, you never need a reservation."
They're right, you just wait in a long line instead.

This is a good episode. For those who miss the old CMT "Trick my Truck", this is how step vans gets tricked out to work as a mobile restaurant.

Serving cooked-and-ready food from a food truck is really fascinating, but this process is even more fascinating!

Some really odd stuff going on here -

- Guy with pneumatic rivet gun has uncovered eyes about 10 inches from the boom boom.

- Two guys feed a big sheet of stainless into the big press brake. Instead of putting the LONG side of the angle inside the brake, they put only the 1-1/2 inch lip in the brake, then turn the whole SS top upwards. That's just plain 9th grade shop stuff.

There's tons of others (welders, grinders etc). How about that chop saw cut in the early part of the video? Depending on which side of the cut was his work piece, he was either off the mark by a whole lot, or a freakin' whole lot.

Odd, it seems to me, that a company that sponsors a documentary about how THEY build something, would allow showing such clearly odd/wrong/unusual/not approved techniques.

2:56 - I hope to god this was a mock up for the camera, because that amount of exposed conductor is definitely not up to spec...

I do appreciate food trucks being sometimes if there isn't a restaurant near by its good but also I do see them allot at state fairs and other places like that when there are so many people

2:24, 3:21 both examples of where not to use self tappers.... Both yielded then spun.

Buddy can't even cut on the line, that's why he has to whack the piece with a carpenter's hammer
