All 32:9 monitors should have hardware split screen so you can use it as two normal monitors when needed

All these models with 144hz are a slap in the face at that price point. If samsung is selling theirs for $1200 regularly for 240hz im not recommending 144hz for $1100, thats insane.

At $900, they would make more sense and would sell pretty well. Having 1st place price tag with 2nd place features is a no-go.

Monitors Unboxed and the person in the video are my favourite channel and content creator lately. Fairly new to the channel, but it's so informative and the presentation is so well. Monitors make much more of a visual difference than gaming PC's. That's why it's more fun for me to watch these monitor reviews.

Please please please review the PHILIPS EVNIA 49 qd-oled as well! This is the only panel that offers the full 240Hz besides the samsung G9 oled and there are barely any reviews on the model!

Im interested as a buyer in upgrading from a AW3423DWF to the newer larger 45" 240hz 21:9 OLED ultrawides. Are you planning to review any of these soon?

The QDOLED raised blacks is a thing, however, I see it only if my overhead lights are mid to full bright. At my cozy dimmed brightness even with another light at the corner I see basically pure blacks.

If your room has dimmed lights it is a non issue.

Is it possible to plug in a DP cable with locking mechanism, like the "Club3D CAC-1091"? At Alienware monitors this is a real pain, have to press the mechanism so hard to be able to push it into the port, cause the case of the monitor has not enough clearance to use such a cable.

Loving the series of OLED monitor reviews!
With the 49" 32:9 form factor becoming more available, would you guys be able to test/demonstrate the performance differences between, say, 1440p monitors in 16:9, 21:9 and 32:9? I'm curious to know if and how much of a frame rate drop I could expect if I trade up to a wider format but stay at 1440p and the same GPU.

Thanks for your great Review.
Du you prefer the MSI or the Samsung with 240Hz?
I am wavering between the two models
Thanks😊

It really sucks that the HDR Peak 1000 seems to be underperforming on most QD-OLED monitors. It's a shame because I like the nice bright highlights, but I find higher APL scenes too dim. Have to stick with the True Black 400 mode for now on my AW3225QF, and hopefully the Peak 1000 mode be fixed someday via a firmware update like was the case with the AW3423DW

Ultrawide fast refresh rate OLED is my next jump once I get my current OLED sold (if I do, debating still).
I hope competition pushes prices down thou, they are a bit expensive.

Was hoping this would be my next monitor but not enough USB ports for the hub and the lack of split screen options ruins it at that price point

This is the size and form factor I want on a secondary monitor placed above a 43" 4K monitor.

I’m thinking about buying this monitor or possibly a cheaper one but with the same size and resolution. I play a variety of games but my primary reason for getting a monitor like this is for sim racing. I have a gaming PC with Ryzen 5600X and RTX 3070 OC. I’m a little worried that my system won’t be able to push so many pixels. I’d be happy to lower the graphics settings but I don’t wanna go down to potato quality. I can generally get 165hz at 1440p with ultra/high settings so I’m hoping that even with double the resolution, I can still push medium settings. What GPU did you use when testing the monitor and did you have any issues with getting decent framerates? Also if I am playing a game that doesn’t necessitate the Super UW aspect ratio, can I have the game play in the middle at 2550x1440 with black bars at the left and right?

Have you gotten a look at the Asus XG259QN? It's a lot cheaper than the Zowie 360Hz in my country but I can't seem to find much in the way of reviews online

Could we see a review of the Koorui GN10, the only 240 Hz VA mini-LED other than Neo G8/9? It's been very cheap and appealing in Europe, where HDR monitors have been overpriced recently, but there is very little professional review data on it. I bought one for 300 € recently, while its competitors KTC M27T20 and AOC Q27G3XMN have been costing 400€ here. But I don't really have the means to test it other than say it looks nice and has some small issues that aren't dealbreaking.

hello, have you tested the aoc q27g4xn monitor? is the ips one, not the mini led g3xmn.

I wonder if you guys can review MSI MAG 274QRF-QD E2, the successor of the original.

Any serious long term burn in tests anywhere for productivity so far? I know Tim has started his own test, but it's way too short yet. Rtings seems to just do the same test as on their TVs.
