Tastes okay, you can put it in a bowl and whip it a bit to make it lighter and fluffier which will be easier to pipe

It's terrible tasting in the UK but might be different where you are. Not tried piping it sorry

Sure if you like the taste of artificially flavored wood pulp that may cause IBS, or if you already have IBS inflame it(cellulose gum). Or you like the same stuff that's in metal cleaner and is used for Oil Well Drilling and can be an irritant. While ingestion may injure the mouth, throat, and gastrointestional tract, resulting in nausea, vomiting, cramps, and diarrhea(Pyrophosphate). And to top it all off, if you feel the Need of having or getting Crohn's Disease then the Polysorbate 80 will definately do the trick.
