-Cabbage 150g
-Carrot 1 (130g)
-Scallion 2 stalks (60g)
-Garlic (as peeled) 15g
-Ginger (as peeled) 10g

-Sliced pork belly 240g
-Kombu salt 1/2tsp (2.5g)
-Black pepper some

-Udon noodle (Choose from below)
-Cooked 2pkt (400g)
-Dry 1.5bunch (150g)

-Kombu 4g

(Yaki udon sauce)
-Soy sauce 1tbsp (15ml)
-Oyster sauce 1tbsp (20g)

Oh man I'm gonna make this one soon, love your videos chef. Great tip about not Browning both sides on thin meats, sometimes the meat is tough in yakisoba etc. Will take note of that one. Amazing video as always :)
