Eastonmade; The Truth About People!!! You Can't Soar With The Eagles if You Run With Turkeys!!!

I did a video a couple of weeks ago in my speed shop and asked people if they wanted to hear my views on business and life in general. A lot of people said yes!!! Here's the first video. Let me know what you think.

The goal here is to help people grow their business and personal life whether they are in the firewood industry or not. I find a lot of people just need a little bit of coaching just to get them to the next step. Hopefully hearing this stuff from a fellow blue collared fellow like myself has some merit and helps you excel at whatever it is you want to do.

My favorite thing about you Andrew is that you build stout splitters loaded with iron that can take a beating. My second favorite thing is that you are very humble and kind. Great video Andrew! You hit the nail on the head when you spoke about WORK ETHIC. You can't teach that. A person that works those long hours in a day definitely has a want in life. Being accountable and entitlement are just a couple that I was taught at a young age and I am proud to say I think it stuck with me. Keep the videos coming!

When I was building
I called it training my competition
With no ill will for any of them that went on their own.
It reflected on my as to how well they did on their own.

Great advice, it helps everyone to hear your experience and opinions - you have more knowledge at 33 than some people I know that are much older. I always says, I am training my replacement everyday, if they will pay attention and aspire to get where I am.
