Obtain a Health Charm decided I have make extra health charms at Brite bomber base and when take bus to go get one @36:43 @40:30 pick up extra charm @41:50 return bus trip @42:54 health charm is good @44:48

Health charm takes 3 silk thread 1 shell and 1 marble @13:08
Upgraded village @1:37:56

shoot bear @11:40
Defeat Pirate Skeleton enemies in the lost isles @21:09

While it took me 1 hour and 40 minutes to do the upgrade by seeing what I did you should be able to do it in about 30 minutes.
