Sqeezing such a lot of amount from an indusrialist, instead of giving BSNL to Ambani, it is not fair to give it TATA all of a sudden . Ambani would have done this also in a better manner

If you look at BSNL coverage map vs jio or airtel or vi coverage map you will know there is NO WAY they will even catch up to the private network providers. Just for name sake they will say we have 4g coverage but 90% of the time the signal drops to 3g or 2g.

Thank God for jio for massively disrupting the market, pre jio we Indians were given leftover crumbs of network and had extremely expensive prices for basic call, msg services. It's almost unbelievable how much things changed within the span of a few months. I wish we would stop supporting a struggling state owned telecom business that has a long history of incurring massive losses with our tax money
