Great guide, I was under the assumption that Neeko could only go Electrocute or Arcane Comet after the change to Glacial Augment (slow on auto attack). With this new info on her rune choices, it's time to buy extra pages so I don't forget.

I like rocket belt a lot but i think Battlesong would be a better item (mainly bc how i play neeko sup), it help neeko move over all fast when in ult and is definitely good if you can pull of being a caster or sword minnion (and that they wont see ult till last second).
