Nice video. I wasn’t completely sold on the looks before I got mine either however adding the carbon M performance spoiler really helped make the rear look better in my opinion. I agree about the steering wheel as well. Of course the 2025 models come with it though 🙄.

Dang the '22s have the best interior of the 2 series. The newer ones and the big double screen dash is a little over the top, as well as not having a traditional shifter is a little unsual.

I love this car in everyway. The old model looks exactly that...old. Even the rear lights everyone bangs on about, the old ones look so dated now. The new ones follow the lines of the car and accentuate the width of the car, as the designer intended. No manual, not engaging enough...do you hear F1 drivers saying "I wish this came in a manual, it's just not engaging enough"? No you don't...Xdrive, it's rear wheel bias. You can get the rear end out but you can also get the power down. All these people that have powerful cars with rear wheel drive and manual? All they do is spin the wheels, then add slow gear changes, this all adds up to getting left for dead going nowhere. But hey, this is just my humble opinion...

I have 2022 Portimao Blue M240xi; it’s beautiful with the M sports pkg. Had a new 2018 230i and this G42 blows it away; much better looking also

I had a 2017 m240 convertible, the b58 engine had 340 hp, I think the looks on the older one looked better, but I know everything changes, when they dropped the droptop on the 240they lost my following, I went a different direction, I traded my m240 in for a 2024, i4- edrive40 all electric, it has 385hp, and it saves me over 200.00 a month in gas
