Upskill yourself but also choose a different organization if your bosses/managers don't listen. I personally feel that the employee class in this country is behaving like a mindless 🐑 Yes, they have the budget and their annual profit was also good, otherwise how are CEOs and managers getting bonuses or raises? this is logical fallacy,
suppose your salary is 1 lahk
next year your income would be let's say 1 lakh 5 thousand. still you are earning money not becoming poor. even if you do business inflation exist there also
your cost increase, but you can't increase the price of every product each time, so there is no comparison of job vs business. Inflation does not discriminate whether you do job or business or do something else.
