thanks again for this last bunch of videos. Its very helpful for many of us. I would like to add that making a continental type pils with SUPER high FAN north american malts is tricky. definitely use adjuncts if you don't have euro malt or perhaps some of the craft maltsters using non north american barley varieties

thank you for the video, the information in it is very valuable. I would like to know more about how to shorten fermentation times between an European and an American Lager. Basically how to make a compromise between the two styles.
