How to set print area in Excel to one page ?
To print your worksheet on just one page, select the cells that you want to define as the print area. You can create multiple print areas by holding down CTRL and clicking the areas that you want to print. On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Print Area, and then click Set Print Area.

suppose Heroine 150 g, Fencidil 15 bottles, Home made wine 20 Litres in B1 cell. Heroine 200g, Home made wine 30 Litres, Fencidil 20 bottles in B2 cell. Fencidil 30 bottles, Heroine 300 g and Home made wine 50 Litres in B3 cell in excel. How to sum these text and number in accordance with category in B4 cell in excel ? (Result Heroine 650 g, Fencidil 65 bottles, Home made wine 100 Litres ) But How shall I do the sum with excel formula including text and number ?
