Can a sheet / one screen view be enlarged to be printed to a 11 x 17 page??

Almost 5 minutes, to "drag selection -> print"??... Anyway, this is NOT to "set" a print area, but just for "select" a print area!
The title is misleading and actually (as far as I can see) there is NO WAY to "set" a print area in Google Sheets =(
