Sorry for your loss. Glad you got to spend some time with her before she passed. Grandma's are the best.👍

Great story, your Grandma was awesome taking you fossil hunting! The pattern on it looks just like a fingerprint.

Sorry for your loss Mike... It's a wonderful gift that she gave you, the love of fossil hunting... Something awesome to remember her by. My grandparents were agate and gemstone hunters, as a result I have a house full of gemstones and now a growing fossil collection because of you and Jonathon...

I just lost my grandma too a couple weeks ago and she sounds exactly like yours as well. She raise me and adopted me at a young age. We’d go to our creek all the time and look for gems/minerals all the time during the summer. Sorry for your lost, I know the feeling all too well. Keep it up, I love your content!

Prayers for comfort at this time. It has always helped me to remember that though I can’t see her here, my grandma, mom and dad have just gone on ahead… one day I will join them and what a reunion we will have!

What county do u hunt in Kansas? I'm going there for snakes in 3 weeks and wouldn't mind keeping an eye out for fossils and teeth
