Hey guys! Has anyone recently submitted their vocational training to be recognized by the IHK Fosa? If so, how long was the processing time from when your application was received? Thanks :)

Hi Luis. I also have a bachelor diploma in the field of Electronics Engineering that I obtained from Turkey. Recently I am at the process of work visa application in German Embassy. I also applied for statement of comparability from ZAB since my university listed as H+ but my degree was not listed in Anabin database. My question is whether statement of comparability will be enough to get a work visa or not? I will be working in Field Service Engineer position if I get the work visa. Will I need professional recognition to be able work as an FSE? As far as I know, Engineering is a regulated job in Germany and For being able to use the title of engineer, we need professional recognition. However it takes so much time and so much effort. Thank you very much for your reply in advance.

Hi Luis, Thanks for the very informative video. I want your help regarding my Job seeker visa.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical & electronics Engineering in 2008 and have 12 years of Gulf experience in same field. My university is H+ and my degree also listed on ANABIN website. I want to apply enter Germany on Job Seeker Visa. On KMK-ZAB do I need to pay 200 EUROS and get Statement of Comparability report even though my University and Degree is already H+ listed on ANABIN (or) just upload the screen shot from ANABIN website and attach with my KMK-ZAB application?
