The fact that the media and JOE BIDEN clipped this and tried to say he called white supremacists fine people is insane, can't believe they are still using this line.

This was the EXACT moment I lost the LAST semblance of trust I had in the media.

For those wanting proof about his comments on Neo-Nazi's/White Nationalists, go to 12:56.
13:10 Fine people
8:10 is a good place to start if you want to get a good idea of context, and his words.

12:54 "...and you had people... and I'm not talking about the Neo-nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally. But you had many people in that group other than Neo-nazis and white nationalists, OK? The press has treated them absolutely unfairly."

But then, we get this question..
13:30 "You were saying, the press was treating white nationalists unfairly?"

This is what comes when people don't listen.

The wider context is: there were more people present before the violence started, which was before the white nationalists and alt-left group came along. And, that's when this incident became newsworthy, which completely overshadowed any mention of the non violent group of people who were protesting the removal of the George Washington statue.

Its funny that the reporters do not listen to a word President Trump says and just keep trying to get talking points out and gotcha clips

"Will George Washington and Thomas Jefferson come down next week?"

No but they'll come down 3 years later. Along with Abraham Lincoln & Fredrick Douglas because "racism".

Came back to be reminded about how he called it. About them taking down the other statues like Jefferson

he is doing a great job at getting the media to articulate their questions. I have to say at the beginning of his presidential term; I wasn't sure about him. Now, I can see why he called fake news everywhere. He is right in saying both sides are wrong.

Some were upset there was violence

Others were upset that people were protesting at all

So he spent 15 mins explaining that white nationalists and racists are to be condemned. Yet everyone said he said good people on both sides
