I’ve just done a little research on those buggers, the cicada killer wasps. Yes they sting, but they aren’t a normal wasp… they’re like the whale sharks of wasps if you know what I mean. They don’t use normal defensive senses that most wasps have naturally… you will need to do quite a bit to get stung by one, I’m guessing destroying it’s nest would do it, but I wouldn’t fear them like a normal wasp.

I love wasps! Cicada killers are very docile and rarely sting humans. Though if you do manage to scare one enough to sting you, it would hurt quite a bit.

Just a fun fact, these wasps are called the BFGs of wasps, stated by Schmitt the guy who did the sting scale. So even if I had them in my country I wouldn't harm the wasp at all and if I had cicadas in my garden I'd probably struggle sleeping lol

I am very fascinated by insects except for mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, flies, cockroaches and bed bugs.
Anything that sucks blood from a host and can potentially spread diseases are all the way out. I think they are entirely extremely useless but other than that I love insects and the way they function and they are awesome.
Oh yeah I cannot tolerate any on me.
I'll freak out by their many feet and how they can be very fast it just drives me insane.

I really cannot stand when grown ass people can be so cruel to insects or animals.
Insects wont harm u unless ur fucking with them or too close to their nest.
Wild animals can be dangerous nd will hurt u so just stay away from them.
