The quality of the donor is extremely important. A donation from a super donor (top 0.1% of people) is very effective in curing ibs.

I was on antidepressants for a couple of years many years ago. After I stopped I got IBS. I had IBS for many years after that. Then it suddenly dissapeared. A couple of years ago I started on something called Olanzapine. I took that for a couple of years, and stopped. Getting diahhrea for a week and stomach issues. And now IBS returned. Drugs suck! :(

How about you tell us more abouth these” avaiable therapies” since nothing seems to work and we have every day a living nightmare. I have 2.5 years since i eat rice, chicken and potatoes. I hate even the word “food”

I think you're more likely to benefit if you could have several treatments. of FMT. The other therapies often don't work. We can't limit ourselves to just a few foods. We hear about diet this and diet that. It's not helping enough. I take probiotics (low histamine), enzymes, HCL, and still sick. More research is pointing that FMT is helpful and most other recommendations don't help most people with IBS. Let's face it.
