✨Chipotle Mayo✨

✅PREPARATION
- Soak 16 cashews in water for 6 hours.

✅Ingredients-

- 16 soaked cashews
- ⅓ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon rock salt

✅Method-

1.Simply blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

2.Use immediately or store in the fridge for 2-3 days.

✨BEETROOT LABNEH✨

✅Ingredients-

- ½ cup cashews, soaked
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped beetroot
- ½ teaspoon chopped green chili
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon of asafoetida
- ½ teaspoon rock salt
- 2 tablespoons water

✅Method-

1.Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2.Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.

✨MUSTARD PEA DIP✨

✅Ingredients-

- 1 cup fresh green peas, boiled
- 1 small green chili
- 2 tablespoons jaggery powder
- 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon rock salt
- ½ cup water

✅Method-
1.Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

2.Use immediately or store in the refrigerator.
