Thank you! This is exactly what I needed today. I’m a beginner (inconsistent for about a year, consistent now for about 6 months) & I like your pace for the poses. Also, I feel I can do warrior III better and I actually tried wild thing and managed to get somewhat into it on my left side. Thank you again!

I love how your yoga session are so well balanced for beginners/casual practionners. Even in the shorter sessions, you achieve to make me feel comfortable and still push myself by small spurs, showing that just small challenges is enough, that you don't need to push yourself so hard to get better at things.
And with this it made me feel capable and comfortable trying this longer and harder session. Showing me I was capable of it and once again very well balanced.
