Can Parse handle a social media app with millions of daily users? Lets say Parse was used as the back end for twitter. Could it handle it? And what's the other option if not and/or it costs too much money to use Parse at that point?

so mySQL is like an application running on the top of OS of the server which makes the communication between client and database possible ?

Thanks but what about local databases? I mean when you need to store the data for your app in some structured way (chapters and verses of a book or several books e.g.) so that the app use it during runtime offline. What are the options to store and provide such data inside the app code itself?

Hi Chris. I have a question. I have approached a developer to help with an app. The developer is charging me a large amount of money for “web services” and yet the developer is using mBaaS. I wanna understand if the web services is needed even when a developer is using mBaaS or am I being charged for something that I shouldn’t be paying for?
