To stop the stuttering I suggest using park controls bitsum highest preformance battery option it really helps with my gaming laptop and increases preformance and download the real deal don’t download a parasite

It stutters because your 8GB VRAM ist full. Use normal or low textures, that will lower the VRAM consumption. And set vram scale target to the standard 80 value, not 90. And you should only use frame generation in combination with nvidia reflex (+ boost) turned on. Frame Generation increases frame time and input lag. Where as reflex decreases that. so more free fps with barely any added latency.

you need to optimize log files for full power, especially renderworkercount, and to restart game basicly everytime you change settings.

Dude, why is your 4060 only reaching 70 watts if its suppose to be full power, my 4060 is full power as well and i get 100+ watts with good temps and im on an MSI laptop with PTM honeywell i put myself. That laptop has liquid metal, it's weird
