Could there be root nerve function loss (constriction) in vertebrae causing sudden strength loss in right shoulder area while trying to incline bench press (extreme weakness while attempting seated shoulder press)? Used to do 30-35# with right shoulder - now all of a sudden cant due 10# without muscle giving up. This occurred after a 7 day lay off due to cold weather gym inaccessibility. Maybe a chiropractic adjustment in cervical area could restore nerve function to permit muscles to work properly. Desperate need of quality medical advice Just note - left arm/shoulder muscularity is excellent.

My supraspinatus is so atrophy that it is almost gone. I have been complaining for years about the front area feeling like burning/stabbing pain. Where you point out is the bicipital groove and that looks like exactly where my pain is. I can hardly lift my arm because of the weakness from the atrophy and pain. Also, I have a bone fragment in my AC joint. Could that be a problem?
