after the third option the place that said that the minidump failed was replaced with "Core dump written." but it still doesnt work

the minidump part worked, but when i actually try to play minecraft, it cancels out on me

I deleted all my minecraft files and re downloaded it, it still pops up with the same crash report but i do not have the options notepad in my .minecraft folder. Help???
