Surgery to Remove Lesions from the Eyelid

If a lesion needs to be removed from the eyelid, the surgeon will first numb the area. Then the lesion is removed with an incision or other instruments. After the surgery, the area where the lesion was can either be left to heal on its own, or stitched closed, depending on what is best for the specific case.

I have an eyelid nevus that is on the outer eyelid lining my right eye. That feels like an eyelash is swiping my eyeball when I blink from time to time.. so annoyed by it. I want to get it removed yet. I am afraid of the procedure and feel it would somehow disfigure my eyelid afterwards.. I'm going to have to find a good surgeon.

what if the lession is an eyelash that is imbedded in the skin where the tear duct is i have bumps there right where the tear duct is its so painful what can i do
