In one six-story 83-unit co-op in New York City, Jane Sanders and Mario Bissessar are taking small steps to make a big impact over time by performing a high-performance retrofit of a single unit. Mario, president and founder of City Line Interiors, will talk about the technique, technical, and technology used to complete the high performance retrofit of a single unit. Mario has over 18 years of experience in remodeling, working on every aspect of building projects, from cleanup to managing the implementation of highly technical details.
