Cheesy Italian Stromboli

1 lb pizza dough, proofed to room temperature for 30 minutes
0.25 lb mild provolone, sliced thin (6-8 slices)
0.25 lb capocollo, sliced thin (10 slices)
0.25 lb sandwich pepperoni, sliced thin (10 slices)
0.25 lb genoa salami, sliced thin (10 slices)
8 oz low moisture whole milk mozzarella, shredded
Banana peppers
1/2 tbsp dried basil
1/2 tsp onion powder
Fresh oregano
1 egg, for egg wash
Marinara, for serving

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside. Lightly flour clean work space and roll out dough into large rectangle. Start arranging cold cuts, leave ~1 inch from border- provolone, capocollo, salami, pepperoni, scatter banana peppers, 1/2 the mozzarella, sprinkle dried basil on top. Brush a light coating of egg wash around 1 inch border. Start rolling stromboli on the longer side, tucking in the bottom/top as you go. Press seams of dough against stromboli, egg wash will help it hold. Carefully, transfer to prepared sheet pan. Using a knife, slice top ~1.5 inches long every 2 inches to release steam. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle onion powder on top and remaining cheese. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until cheese is golden. Remove from oven, allow to cool for 5-10 minutes. Slice, sprinkle with fresh oregano, serve with marinara for dipping and enjoy!
