Large-cut raw onions? Canned sliced mushrooms? 1 teaspoon factory-grade domestic parm sprinkled over one-half of the length?

I wish they'd shown the fruits of their labors. And I can't imagine that top layer of mozz was going to stay put without coming up through the slits and wandering onto the oven deck under that pizza screen.

Good Grief!! That thing looked delicious, but I can't believe we didn't get to see it !! If I lived within 2 hours from there I would have gone often !! I hope the owners see all of us were disappointed and wanted to see the finished product. I wish the restaurant and its employees nothing but great success, but I nearly cried when I couldn't see it finished. That creation must have had over a pound of cheese on it.
