AUTODESK AUTOCAD 2014

Problem:

Program splash screen starts up and then closes (stand-alone)

Issue:
When you restart the program after it becomes unresponsive and freezes your computer, the splash screen is displayed briefly and then closes down with no apparent error message.

Solution:
Delete the License File then Reactivate the software

1- Access the Windows Run box.
3- Search for FLEXnet Licensing Service or FLEXnet Licensing Service 64.
4- Stop the services.
5- Access the Folder C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet
6- Delete all the files inside this folder
7-Start the FLEXnet Licensing Service 64
8- Start Your Autocad Software
9- Activate the Software
10- You are Done

Words really fail me to thank you for developing this right fix to run AUTOCAD 2013 on Windows 10 Pro. I wasted 5/6 hours with Microsoft help and they could not come up with any solution other than buying AUTOCAD 2018/19 telling AUTOCAD 2013 is not compatible with Windows 10 platform. I could do this in 15/20 minutes step by step. Once again thanks a ton!

Autocad 2017
This is what helped me and it didn't need new drivers, fresh installation or messing around registry:

- Right click on start and then Control Panel,
- Open Language,
- Set English (United States) as first on the list,
- On left side click "Advanced settings",
- For "Override for Windows display language" inside a drop down list pick "English (United States)" and do the same for "Override for default input method!"
- Click "Save"
