These were the “Another One Bites the Dust” Lions after a 4-0 start. It didn’t last and after the Vikings paid the Lions back by beating them 34-0 in week 10, Vikings punter Greg Coleman was on the front page of the Minneapolis Tribune Sports section mocking the Lions in a photograph by exaggeratedly pouring the Met Stadiums infield dirt through his fingers. Not big on punters getting into the “roasting” act but as a 9 year old I thought it was funny.

The Packers didn't do anything right this game. That same season the Bears ran up 61 points on Green Bay.
