Many of us older 49er fans hated Jimmy Johnson due to the fierce competition in the late 80s and early 90s, but we all respect him. We know not only is he a great coach and has great passion not only for football, but in his Dallas Cowboys. And this clip SHOWED THAT! Would we have loved a rematch with the Cowboys like the old days? Absolutely, as we all thought the Cowboys was going to handle business at home. In the end, we got to give credit to the Packers team for playing a great game, and we hope JJ can stay on FOX and broadcast there for a few more years.

I loved Aikman's comment on Jimmy's speech: "that's the guy I knew when he was in our locker room in Dallas". Aikman has said a number of times that the Jimmy you see on network pregame shows is a much more mellow guy compared to what he was like as a coach in Dallas, but Aikman says that speech wasn't Jimmy wasn't putting on an act, that was the old Jimmy kicking in.
