Part 108 of a series: Sailing Tampa Bay to Key West. Sailing to The Riviera Tiki Bar and Grill, Ashley explores the boat grave yard there. We tour a 39' Nauti-Tech sailing catamaran in the middle of a re-fit. The boat grave yard is shown shortly after Hurricane Ian and again after the final clean-up.

I've seen the architectural plans for the new marina. It's owned by the people that own the restaurant right there. They also own another boat yard here in Charlotte County (they did the bottom job on my Hunter 41). Their daughter also owns another yard here in the area. This will be a great asset for Punta Gorda. To lift a catamaran, you have to go to St Pete or Fort Myers Beach.

I was out fishing on Tampa bay and there are still some derelict boats half sunk. Thanks for sharing, Ian was bad. We had damage to our house 90 miles from the cost.
