*Slight correction. Steel asked if the state told Bean what to say. The state objected, it was sustained. Then the state asked the EXACT SAME QUESTION about the defense as well as the audio recording pauses and EVERY defense attorney did the EXACT same objection and the judge Overruled. Then yelled at Steel when he attempted to get clarification on the difference between the two sides. This judge is ruining his life by doing it this way. Smh this had the possibility of being an easier case for the state. But the 700 person witness list and all the shenanigans makes them look like liars and bullies. And the judge looks like he's on their side*

Bean said Thug was in the car. The Judge allows this evidence in. Bean says he spoke to a detective at a hospital on recording, Judge doesn’t believe it. Bean says Steel turned recording on & off, Judge allows that questioning. This is WILD.

As a juror, I would consider this State Witness a detriment to the prosecution’s case. When a witness says their high and it’s obvious this guy is high, it’s memorable to jurors.

Also it’s so frustrating every time the judge says “I sustain the question” it makes it sound like he is sustaining the original thing asked. Ive never heard a judge say that instead of “objection”
