I would really appreciate it if you would make video about server optimization. I think it will be a very popular video on this channel cause all of us rust server owners will get more players for less money spent on the server.

Here is my situation: we used a different host. It was a virtual server so we didn`t have access to the machine, only to a panel. But 20 GB of RAM and Ryzen 5950X can handle 300 players without problem ( Around 30 fps, for me it`s okay ). We left that host cause AntiDDoS protection was terrible. Now we bought a dedicated server with the same processor and 128 GB of RAM. After 250 players here starts the problem, fps drops to 15 and even 10. The situation became worse after the Helloween update, now we have FPS drop even after 200 players.

Here idea for the video: You make some changes like toggle off AI, change decay rate, etc... And in the end you will get a perfect list with cool information for us.

Example for list:

Toggle Off All AI: +20% fps
Toggle off only animal AI: +7% fps
Windows OS: -5% fps
Linux OS: +8% fps
Changing decay rate: +5% fps

And so on...

It`s just an example of a list of how I imagine. If you will do this investigation, our community will be VERY VERY VERY grateful.

I've taught so many people about the trains in rust. random people I've teamed up had 0 clue that they could even do this. Honestly the loot isn't that great vanilla. Been chased down by minis and killed. It's a big flag for people to come to kill you.

I like to have train tracks connected to train yard in my servers but it requires a map 4250 or larger in size.. sometimes 4250 doesnt work so I use 4500. I wish there was a way to have train yard monument with tracks connected on smaller maps!!
