For the first one I just use a push button and a door controller. The best part of doing it this way is that you don't need any electricity. I feel doing it this way is a lot better.

For door controler, use something that step on the floor and attach into door controler. No battery and simpler

The train trap and bike is 100% a bug tho.
Also you can go on roof on other recycler and you see anyone that goes down to do the stuff. Heck people were abusing some specific clothing to turn invisible there.

You also dont need to put door controller on the door itself, on the frame works well too(if i remember right)
