Couple of things here, covered by national system, seems good? except for all those who were on better state awards prior to the modernization (nationalizing) of the awards.

How about the cost of living vs minimum wage? how about industry where wages are repeatedly held down by government and businesses as the input of unions and employees has little to no effect increases. Does this mean this full review will see increases in areas like cleaning, security services, retail etc?

I'd be interested to hear how awards are going to be improved, as for the last 10 years or so the security industry awards has progressive gotten worse. Will this mean great input from Unions and employees? I doubt it.

How about the regular increases across most low paid industries has been 2% to 3.5% but the cost of living is out stripping this?

New Sunday rate would be a floor? you're kidding yourselves if you think lots or even some companies would pay higher.

What about people already working majority of weekend shifts to keep a float, how do you go about compensation someone who work for one company Saturday and Sunday and now is going to take a pay cut to do the same work?
