Hi Friends here we are going to install a CADDY in old laptop and will test it's speed with a SSD.

So if you want little bit upgrade in your laptop to improve performance and speed and your laptop has a old useless DVD or CD disk drive then you have a good option exchange with a Caddy. A caddy can be used :-
1. As a second drive with HDD or SSD
2. you can use both HDD and SSD at once.
3. if M.2 Slot not available then you can choose this Caddy one.

Mene caddy lagaya hai but msla aa raha hai k jab laptop on krta hoon tb hard disk show nhi hoti but jesy hi restart krta hoon show ho jati hai har dafa yahi krna par raha hai any reson ya koi setting....

I got an old HP DV6580ee laptop. I replaced the DVD with as 12.7mm IDE to SATA caddy containing SSD. The DVD and caddy have the same size with the same IDE interface. The caddy is not detected. What to do now ?
