During a bear market, the headlines will focus on negative news, whether it's declining economic growth, geopolitical upheaval, cultural and legal turmoil, or some combination of all three. I listened to a podcast of someone that grew his reserve from $120k to almost $460k during this Red season, can you share tips on how to make such aggressive proceeds in short periods?.

Typical. What if the tenants don't pay their rent.
There are risks in everything you do.
You may get in a car accident tomorrow. Would you stop driving because YOU MAY get in an accident?

I did not earn my money I inherited it. I have a budget so that in all likelihood it will out survive me. Part of that budget is me keeping my job but using as much time off as I am entitled to. My employer pays like 90% of my health care premium and I would rather not have to use my fun money to spend money on things I don't have to. Also I get board easy and keeping my job gives me something to do when I don't have any other plans.

Now what am I spending that money on?
Well its not cars or other things others blow their money on that I don't give a crap about.
My biggest expense are my mascot animal stile costumes aka fursuits which I have a large collection of and am expanding as that is what makes me happy.
I am also considering on going on a few off season cruses. I have found that I can go on 4 day cruses for between $300 and $500 a cabin which includes paying for some lesser costing excursions off the ship. I have never been on a cruse so I will see if I like it. The great thing with going with the same cruse line on their cheaper cruses is if I decide I like if and want to go on a more expensive cruses in a few years I will have earned credits for free upgrades that may cost more than the cheap cruses I started with.
