Larger volume printers had issues with jerk on the Y axis. I'm hoping this higher torque motor will help out a little. I should provide more torque and clamping force. I noticed all the high torque motor I've looked at have permanently attacked lead wires. If doesn't help I might try a lead screw on the Y axis.

Hi, I'm interested in doing the same.
What's your experience?
Did it actually improve your prints?
