Do you ship to Philippines? Im hoping for a giveaway for this im not able to buy excellent and expensive hearing aids. I often get bullied from classmates. I'm extremely shy wearing the cheap and big traditional ones. Do you mind if i pay small amount every month of this?

just recieved my eargo Neo Hifis. I was so excited. Took it out of the packaging, plugged it in to charge - and - Nothing! it lights up for about 3 seconds then goes dark. Its not charging either the case or the hearing aids. seriously? $2500 bucks, and they cant aford to have anyone plug in the system to check if it actually works before they mail em out! quality control? Nope. I'll be sending them back tomorrow and getting a refund. If they can't even make the charger work - how poor will be the eargo system be - don't know - don't care.
