Gyros & Tzatziki in the Mission #greek #food #gyro

Hi Everyone, Hungry Curator here at Gyros & Tzatziki, which recently opened in the Mission. If you're in the mood for some delicious Greek cuisine, this restaurant is a must!

First the starters: We ordered salad, dolmas, hummus, falafel, spanakopita, and even tried Greek Wine for the first time. The tzatziki at this restaurant is particularly noteworthy, with just the right amount of lemon and herbs to make it incredibly tasty. The pita bread is soft and fluffy, making it the perfect vessel to hold all of those dips!

Then we got to visit the open kitchen to check out the vertical spit roasts where the gyro meat cooks all day. For our mains, we got the Gyro Plate, Chicken Kabob and Lamb Burger & fries, which were all incredibly satisfying in their own way.

And for dessert, hot tea with Semolina Cake, Baklava, and strawberry Cheesecake. You’ll for sure eat well here, so go and support their grand opening!
