Sous Vide CHICKEN SHAWARMA Perfection!

We eat shawarma at least once a week, and Ninja have been asking me for a long time for it. So on his birthday I make him the best shawarma he has even eaten in his life. This turned out 100x better that I expect. By far the most successful recipe ever.
HOW TO COOK CHICKEN SHAWARMA
I cooked it for 3hrs @ (167°F / 75°C)
* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
10 Chicken Thighs
7 Cloves of Garlic
1 red onion peeled and ready to be processed
1/2 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup lime Juice
2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tbsp White Pepper
2 tbsp Salt
