We eat shawarma at least once a week, and Ninja have been asking me for a long time for it. So on his birthday I make him the best shawarma he has even eaten in his life. This turned out 100x better that I expect. By far the most successful recipe ever.

HOW TO COOK CHICKEN SHAWARMA
I cooked it for 3hrs @ (167°F / 75°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
10 Chicken Thighs
7 Cloves of Garlic
1 red onion peeled and ready to be processed
1/2 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup lime Juice
2 tsp Chili Flakes
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tbsp White Pepper
2 tbsp Salt

Trust me guga, use this recipe and you will thank me forever, I am the shwarma expert some say.

1 tsp ground clove
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp coriander
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp cucuma
1 tbsp ground ginger

Salt to taste, sunflower oil to tase (no lemon juice)
This makes 500 gram chicken if marinated overnight, use more as desired for quicker marination etc.

This will be the best recipe guaranteed, I have made this many times before and this is the original!

I make this about once per month. It's significantly tastier than a chicken doner kebab that you'd get from a UK kebab house (and better for you!). I reduced down all the bag juices on a high heat and returned the meat to it before serving. It was absolutely epic!
