NO-BAKE MANGO CHEESECAKE| NO EGG, NO OVEN CHEESECAKE | Best Mango Cheesecake| Bake With Shivesh

Celebrating 300k followers on Instagram with a recipe you guys wanted me to do for a long time- #NoBake #MangoCheesecake that is so incredibly simple to make and delicious! I know you guys love #NoOven recipes and can’t wait for you to make this eggless cheesecake!

There is no substitute for gelatine in this recipe. You can skip it and freeze the cheesecake it you like to make a frozen cheesecake but once it’s out of the freezer it will melt and not hold shape as properly. You can also try this recipe with agar agar/ vegetarian gelatine

INGREDIENTS

1+ 1/2 cup biscuit crumbs
1/2 cup butter
2 cups cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup mango purée
1 tsp vanilla
4.5 teaspoons of gelatine powder
1/2 cup water
1 cup heavy cream
