As someone who has played dps basically every xpac since BC and considering swapping to a healer in SL this was very informative and helpful to get some baseline of where healers are at. Awesome video :D

The funny thing for me (as a priest since i joined 10+ years ago), is that the higher the key i go (and with not amazing gear like 198 ilvl atm) is that i enjoy holy in higher keys and disc in lower. Holy feels much more relaxed and easier in higher keys and disc feels like i need to pay attention a lot more. It slowly changes as i get used to disc and also the more gear i get obviously the smoother it becomes playing disc in higher keys.

As someone who has played for about 2 weeks very casually(leveling as enhancement).
What would some go-to tips be to pick up on using CDs effectively? There's so many different cooldowns and totems and whatnot that I feel like Im using the wrong totem/cd at the wrong point.

Didn't think I'd ever play anything but rdruid but disc is almost feeling fun enough for me to finally switch mains. Glad these two are looking so strong right now

Bruh im so glad I made a resto kultiran as my healer alt just hit 120 on him tonight. Wasnt sure how they'd hold up in shadowlands but I really enjoy the Heal over time playstyle and utility that druid offers. Seems like most healer lists have them in S or A tier. Looking like I made a solid pic.

Thanks for your list! Have you had a chance to check out the latest fistweaving changes on beta? There were some interesting things added and there is maybe some potential for good aoe healing to help with prideful. The dmg didn't look too bad either.

Holy Priest getting PW: Shield back, Prayer of Mending going to Instant Cast... Renew getting a really good buff with the new first row talent Renewed Faith. Benediction and Holy Word Salvation will make it nuts for raid healing I'd guess. Apotheosis talent just got buffed as well. And for PvP, Divine Ascension is a pretty neat new talent, like a healing version of the Demon Hunter PvP talent "Rain from Above". Take my thoughts with a grain of salt, because I haven't played the SL Beta at all, but what I've read I'm pretty happy with. That being said I have All 6 healer classes at 120 now so I will definitely have to pick one before October, LOL

Question: Do you think mistweaver can heal without melee healing? as far as I know fist weaver healer is just an option. Or do you think fist weaver is the only viable form of monk healing?

i dont like the constant aoe damage in dungeons specially with random groups you already have to carry bad dds standing in fire and such. And aoe healing is really annoying as paladin i just want to spam holy light/word and schocks around

I'm not saying that Holy Priest being at the bottom of the list is wrong, but if you are basing that decision on the gameplay shown in the video here. I would say that Holy Priest is a lot more capable. And just to be clear, I'm not trying to bash the guy that were playing in the clip since it seemed like he were just going through all the healers.

lets just dont fool ourselves, druid will be THE mandatory healer for mythic+ now that brez isnt found on scrolls.

Pugs especially, they will never invite you if you are not resto druid. I call this now...

I've mained Holy Priest since WotLK, and I used to feel good about the amount of throughput and tools compared to the other classes, but as other classes gained those things, holy got nothing... There's just no reason to pick one now because they don't win in any category, and it's genuinely upsetting.

Having played all the healers except hpally on beta I also found druid to be the most mana efficient. I can basically cast non stop and never need to drink. Over all resto druid seems like it will continue its M+ dominance
