Εδώ και λίγες ώρες, όλα τα ξένα μέσα ενημέρωσης και κυρίως τα Λιβυκά και Τουρκικά, έχουν πλημμυρίσει με δημοσιεύματα, τα οποία αναφέρουν τη διαρροή εγγράφου της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, στο οποίο αναφέρεται ο σχεδιασμός να αποσταλούν Ευρωπαϊκές στρατιωτικές δυνάμεις στην Λιβύη, προκειμένου να ανταγωνιστούν την επιρροή των ξένων δυνάμεων που βρίσκονται ήδη στην χώρα.
