Not a bad design, but needs some easy improvements:

1) Needs kitchen cabinets. Kitchen is a good start, pretty roomy (for a tiny house) though needs an exterior-vented range hood exhaust.
2) Don't provide space for a pantry, include it in that empty space. Include space at the bottom for trash.
3) Needs at least one bathroom window, I'd want two on adjacent walls for air circulation/venting. Needs bathroom mirror and you could work in a cabinet next to the sink - split the cabinets on top/bottom where you have a continuation of the sink counter space in-between. Not a fan of the dark tile in the shower but like the general shower design.
4) Walkway needs vertical posts/beams so you can't fall through the massive open space there.
5) Windows need to open for air circulation, looks like most windows don't even open?
6) "Second bedroom" might be better used as storage that is completely walled off with a decent sized door to get things in and out. With it open as it is, it would be unsightly as a storage space. I suppose one thing you could also do with that area is a "walk in closet".


The walkway is pretty interesting, don't think I've ever seen that in a tiny house before. Unfortunately, really takes away from the "livability" of the living room.

No fan over cook top. No egress windows in loft. Is there an air exchanger?

You cannot legally sleep in a loft without a window big enough to get out of in case of fire

Clever but not enough space for living room

Black tile in shower = super dark and hard to see--lighting in bathroom is terrible. No egress for sleeping loft. No windows I can see that open. Small places even in the winter can get oppressively hot so the ability to have a lot of windows that will open is a must. Also a must to have an exhaust fan for the stove top. Don't see a lot of closet space. Overall I think this is a miss, even for a travel/second home situation.

Tiny homes are not much different from RVs and mobile homes, maybe smaller than your average mobile home but comparable in size to an RV. Do you pay property taxes on a tiny home?

I can understand some of the ideas used to design this home, but it's just not really practical. Lots of space wasted with that walkway, no egress windows (meaning someone cannot legally sleep up in that loft), tight kitchen. Good start, but I think this company needs to go back to the drawing board.
